Is anything added on top of the airline's fare?
Not as a markup on qualifying routes: those fares carry zero markup. Taxes, government fees and carrier surcharges come on top of any fare, and FlyLemo may add a service fee. The payment you make online covers the base fare; the full price is then confirmed by an agent, and ticketing waits for your go-ahead. The service fees page spells it out.
Can someone quote a fare that isn't on the website?
Yes. Our agents work with contracted consolidator fares that are quoted only by phone. They're kept off websites, and on international routes they can often land under the published price. Give the agent your route, dates and the number of travelers, and ask for the phone fare and the web fare side by side.
Who answers when plans change?
A person, at any hour. The phone line is staffed 24/7 for new bookings, changes, cancellations and special requests.
Do you get anything back for flying?
Yes. After the trip is flown, a tenth of the fare lands in your account as points, one dollar per point. Points can cover up to 30% of a later booking, and the account is opened for you when you book.

When FlyLemo isn't the right fit
We'd rather say it plainly. Our site won't let you book a hotel online yourself: hotel stays go through an agent, by phone or the hotel request form, and the agent calls you back. And if another site shows a lower final price for the identical itinerary, taxes and fees included, and no phone fare beats it, the lower price is the better buy that day.
