Nobody can honestly tell you one site is the best place to book every flight. The right place depends on the trip: where you're going, how flexible your dates are, and how much help you want if something changes. So instead of a boast, here's FlyLemo laid out plainly, including the cases where we're not the answer.
Is FlyLemo the best place to book a flight for your trip?
We tend to be a strong fit if any of these sound like you:
- You want to see the market at once. The search reaches across more than 600 airlines and orders the results from the cheapest up.
- You like a person to confirm the price. You pay the base fare online, then an agent sets out the final price with taxes and fees, and nothing is ticketed without your approval. Qualifying routes are sold at zero markup.
- You're flying internationally and don't mind a phone call. Contracted consolidator fares sit off the web entirely, and a call can often turn up a price below the published fares.
- You want a person, not a form. Night or weekend, someone picks up 1-856-513-6369, whether you're booking, changing, cancelling or asking for something special.
- You fly more than once a year. Each flown trip returns 10% of the fare as points worth $1 apiece, and they can pay up to 30% of the next booking.
When another option may suit you better
- You want to book a hotel online yourself. Hotels aren't bookable on the site; an agent arranges them once you call 1-856-513-6369 or send the hotel request form.
- Someone else is genuinely cheaper for your exact flights. If another seller shows the same flights for less once taxes and fees are counted, and an agent has nothing lower by phone, the cheaper option wins. We'd rather you knew that than found out later.
A ten-minute test for any route
- Search your trip here, pick your flights, and get an agent's full price with taxes and fees.
- Price those exact flights on one or two other sites, with the same taxes and fees counted.
- Flying abroad? Call 1-856-513-6369 and have an agent check for a phone-only fare.
- Compare what happens after you pay as well as the price: who you'd call, and how refunds work. Ours are set out in the refund policy.
What booking with FlyLemo looks like
You pay the base fare through an encrypted HTTPS checkout on flylemo.com, the only official site. If a code is running, it goes in the coupon box at checkout; current ones are on the coupons page. Your booking reference arrives by email; once you've approved the final price the agent gives you, the ticket is issued and the e-ticket and PNR come through. From there, the trip lives in My Trips.
