These Terms & Conditions form the agreement that applies whenever you use the FlyLemo website, place a booking, or purchase travel services from us. Using our site or completing a booking means you accept and are bound by everything below — so please read it before you book. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not use our services.
1. Our Role
FlyLemo ("we", "us", or "FlyLemo") is a booking intermediary only, standing between you (the passenger) and the airlines and travel suppliers whose services you purchase. We neither operate any flights nor hold airline inventory of our own. Every booking remains governed by the operating airline's fare rules, conditions of carriage and regulations; these Terms sit alongside the airline's own terms and do not replace them.
2. Your Responsibilities as a Passenger
- Checking that every booking detail is correct — names, dates, passport/visa information, baggage allowance and the rest — is solely your responsibility, both before and after you book.
- You must obtain, and travel with, every document your itinerary requires: passports, visas, transit visas, health certificates and anything else applicable.
- Compliance with all airport security, customs, immigration and aviation regulations rests with you.
- Baggage allowances and excess-baggage charges are governed exclusively by the airline's own policy.
3. Fares & Payment
- What you pay at the time of booking covers only the flight's base fare. Taxes, government fees, airport charges, carrier-imposed surcharges, fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat-selection charges and any other additional costs are not included in it.
- Further charges can arise at any point before or during travel and are payable by you directly. Until the ticket is fully issued, the amount displayed or paid is not the final amount and can change.
- Fares, taxes, fuel surcharges and fees remain subject to change until ticket issuance, and any increase is your responsibility to cover.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we must receive payment in full before a ticket is issued.
4. Tickets, Boarding & No-Shows
- Tickets cannot be transferred and are valid only for the passenger(s) named on them.
- Buying a ticket is not a guarantee of travel. An airline may refuse boarding for any reason — including, without limitation, incomplete documentation, security concerns, overbooking, health or safety issues, or regulatory requirements.
- Should denied boarding or a cancellation occur, we may refund part of what you paid, subject to the airline's policies, and we reserve the right to deduct reasonable cancellation, service or processing fees from any refund.
- A passenger who fails to show for a flight may forfeit the ticket's full value or face additional penalties, as the fare rules dictate.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Every cancellation, refund, date change, rerouting or reissuance is governed strictly by the airline's fare rules and whatever penalties they set.
- Promotional and discounted fares can be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to heavy restrictions.
- You may cancel whenever you wish, but cancellation fees may apply and any refund remains at our discretion and the airline's.
- Where a refund is due, it follows the airline's own procedures and may take several weeks to complete. Service fees charged by FlyLemo are generally non-refundable.
6. Schedule Changes & Disruptions
- For operational, weather, safety, mechanical or regulatory reasons, airlines can delay, reroute, reschedule or cancel flights without advance notice.
- FlyLemo bears no liability for such events or for anything flowing from them — missed connections, baggage problems, or related losses including consequential damages, hotel costs, alternative transport or lost wages.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Because FlyLemo acts only as an intermediary, we are not liable for any acts, omissions or operational matters of the airlines — including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage loss or damage, missed connections, overbooking, or any other service failures.
- We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, damage or inconvenience arising from your travel, including events outside our control (force majeure such as weather, strikes, pandemics, terrorism or government actions).
- By booking with us you agree not to hold FlyLemo liable for claims, demands, damages or costs connected to your booking or travel experience, and you waive any such claims against FlyLemo to the fullest extent the law permits.
- Information on our site — schedules, fares, availability — is not guaranteed to be accurate, and we are not liable for errors or omissions in it.
8. General Provisions
- Governing Law: The laws of India govern these Terms, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
- Amendments: These Terms may be updated at any time; continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
- Severability: Should any provision prove invalid, every remaining provision stays fully in force.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify FlyLemo and hold us harmless against claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or of airline rules.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Intellectual Property: Everything on our website belongs to us and may not be used without our permission.
9. Your Acceptance
Accepting your invoice or booking confirmation and using the ticket constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, to all applicable airline terms, and to international aviation regulations.
Please note: these Terms exist to make the nature of our role as a booking intermediary clear. Always check the operating carrier directly for the latest airline-specific rules, and consider travel insurance for protection against disruptions.
