A plain explanation of how pricing and service fees apply when booking through FlyLemo. This page works together with our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The Fee for Our Service
- For searching, arranging, issuing and managing your booking — and for supporting you throughout the journey — FlyLemo may charge a service fee.
- It is a separate charge from the airline fare, covering the work we do as your booking intermediary.
- Even where the airline refunds the fare, service fees are generally non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
2. What Your Booking Payment Covers
- The amount collected at booking time represents the flight's base fare only.
- Taxes, government fees, airport charges, carrier-imposed surcharges, fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat-selection charges and other additional costs are not part of it.
- Until the ticket is fully issued, the displayed or paid figure is not the final amount and can change.
3. Charges That Can Come Later
- Additional charges can arise at any time before or during travel, and you pay them directly.
- Fares, taxes, fuel surcharges and fees stay subject to change until issuance — any increase is yours to cover.
- Tickets are issued only once payment is received in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. If You Change or Cancel
On a change or cancellation, airline penalties plus any applicable FlyLemo service or processing fees may be taken out of whatever amount is refundable, following the operating airline's fare rules. Our Cancellation Policy has the specifics.
