Cancellation Policy

Here is how cancelling or changing a booking made through FlyLemo works. This policy belongs alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy — please read them together.

1. The Airline's Fare Rules Come First

Because FlyLemo acts purely as an intermediary between you and the operating airline, every cancellation, date change, rerouting or reissuance is strictly governed by that airline's fare rules and whatever penalties the airline imposes. Waiving or overriding an airline's fare conditions is not something we are able to do.

2. Requesting a Change or Cancellation

• Contact our support team at [email protected] whenever you need to cancel or change — there is no deadline to ask, but the sooner you reach us, the more options tend to remain open.
• Change and cancellation fees may apply, and whether any amount comes back to you is at the discretion of FlyLemo and the operating airline, per the applicable fare rules.
• If the airline allows a change, you pay any fare difference plus reissue charges.

3. Watch Out for Restricted Fares

• Promotional and discounted fares can be non-refundable, non-changeable, or heavily restricted.
• How flexible your ticket is depends entirely on the fare you pick — check the fare type before you book.

4. Missing Your Flight (No-Show)

Skip your flight without cancelling first and, depending on the operating airline's fare rules, you may face full loss of the ticket's value or further penalties on top.

5. When the Airline Cancels or Denies Boarding

A purchased ticket is not a guarantee of travel. Should an airline cancel a flight or refuse boarding, we may return a portion of what you paid, subject to that airline's policies — and we reserve the right to deduct reasonable cancellation, service or processing fees from it.

6. About Our Service Fees

The service fees FlyLemo charges for arranging and managing a booking are generally non-refundable — even in cases where the airline does refund the fare itself. Details live on our Service Fees page.
