Every ticket carries rules written by the operating airline: whether dates can be changed, what the change fee is, whether any money comes back on cancellation. Flexible fares cost more and allow more; basic fares cost less and allow little or nothing. FlyLemo shows the fare type before you pay, and the agent who reviews your booking will query a non-refundable fare on a trip that sounds uncertain.
A refund goes back to the card you paid with, less any airline penalty and applicable service fee. Because the airline processes it, it can take several weeks to land, and we will tell you where it stands if you ask. Our FAQ page covers the policies in detail, and the support line is answered around the clock.
For tickets to or from the US booked at least seven days before departure, yes: US rules give you a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Call inside that window. Outside it, the fare rules apply.
Forward the airline's notice to us. A significant schedule change normally entitles you to a free rebooking or a refund, whatever the fare type, and an agent will handle the airline.
The money travels from the airline back through the payment chain to your card. Several weeks is normal. We can check the status with the airline if it is overdue.
Any airline change fee and fare difference applies, and a service fee may apply to some changes. The agent tells you the full cost before anything is done.
