A phone call takes the place of a checkout page here. FlyLemo agents book luxury and 5-star hotels, but not through the website: you describe the stay, an agent comes back with a set of options and a price, and when you've decided, the agent makes the booking.
What makes a 5-star hotel the best one for your trip
Every hotel in this class promises comfort. What separates them for you is fit. Before you compare anything, decide which of these matter most:
- Where it sits. A beautiful hotel forty minutes from everything you came for means a car ride every day. Think about your meetings, the beach or the old town, and the drive from the airport.
- The room, not just the building. Room category, view, bed setup and space can vary a lot inside one hotel. Ask exactly which room a price is for.
- What the rate covers. Breakfast, taxes, service charges and resort fees can change the real cost of a stay. Ask for the full price rather than a nightly figure.
- How you can cancel. A flexible rate and a prepaid one can look alike until your plans change.
- Timing. Check-in and checkout times don't always line up with flights. If you land early or fly out late, raise it before you book.
Luxury hotels booked by phone: how it works
Start with the hotel request form, or call 1-856-513-6369 if you'd rather talk it through straight away. Tell us the destination or neighborhood, your dates, how many guests and rooms, a budget, and the two or three things you won't compromise on.
An agent then calls with options and a price. Use that call. Ask what each rate includes, which room type you'd get and what the cancellation terms are. When one option is right, say so, and the agent books it for you.
The agent books only the option you pick, so if the first set misses the mark, say what's wrong and ask for others.
Requests worth making at booking time
Small requests matter at this level, and they're easier to raise before you arrive than at the front desk. Tell the agent about any of these and they can pass them to the hotel:
- A special occasion, such as an anniversary or a birthday.
- Connecting or neighboring rooms for a family or group.
- An accessible room, with details of what you need.
- A quiet room away from the elevator and the ice machine.
- A crib or an extra bed.
- Early check-in or late checkout.
A request isn't a promise from the hotel, but asking early gives it the best chance.
Flying in for the stay?
You can book the flight online at flylemo.com, where fares from 600+ airlines are listed cheapest first, and the agent works out the full flight price, taxes and fees in, before anything is ticketed. On an international trip, bring it up on the same call as the hotel: agents hold consolidator fares that never appear online, and they can often beat the online price. If you'd rather drive from the airport, the rental car request form works the same way as the hotel one.
When you're ready, fill in the hotel request form or call us at 1-856-513-6369; someone answers at any hour.
